How to Access Our Service

FOR LOCAL CLIENTS (Nanaimo, Gabriola Island, Ladysmith)

  • Applicants must call us at 250-753-9968 and our staff will complete a screening questionnaire to determine if acute medical detoxification is indicated.
  • If it is indicated, our staff will then provide further information and place the applicant on the waiting list.
  • If acute medical detoxification is not indicated, our staff will provide the applicant with information about more appropriate detox resources.

FOR CLIENTS FROM OUTLYING AREAS (Everywhere else in Central and Upper Vancouver Island, except for the local areas listed above)

  • Applicants must call the numbers listed below.  The Crisis or Chemical Dependency Nurses in each area will determine if acute medical detoxification is indicated.
